Premier Staffing Solutions

Premier Staffing Solutions, Inc. has been serving businesses and professionals in North Carolina since 1999. Today, under the leadership of owner Krystine Hobson, Premier has evolved into a high-touch recruiting and hiring partner built around relationships, experience, and a clear standard for how hiring should be done.

Premier takes the time to understand the business, the role, the team, and the person behind the resume. That approach is at the heart of the Premier Standard, a thoughtful process designed to help clients make better hiring decisions while giving candidates an experience built on communication, respect, and transparency.

Through Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire, and flexible recruiting solutions, Premier works alongside its clients throughout the hiring process and stays involved beyond the placement. The results reflect that commitment, with a 98% Contract-to-Hire conversion rate and a 96% client return rate.

For Premier, successful recruiting is about more than filling an open position. It is about helping clients make the right hire, helping people find the right opportunity, and building relationships that last.

People First. Always.
