Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis

I'm Sarah Shuler, owner + practitioner at Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis.

I specialize in Thai Massage and feel deeply connected to this modality. I love integrating it into my table sessions alongside Thai sessions offered on the mat. 

I have studied advanced Thai techniques and Chi Nei Tsang in Thailand at ITM and OmSala in Chiang Mai. 

I am obsessed with learning and continually study and seek out both unique and traditional techniques of healing arts and modalities of massage broadening my knowledge and skill set so that I can be of the utmost benefit to each of my clients.

To me massage is holistic; embodying the present in a beautiful dance, fluidly and intuitively, dissipating physical and mental tensions. My intent is to keep you present in the moment, aware of the effects felt from the massage while simultaneously allowing you to surrender into a zenful, meditative state. 

Whether you're in need of pain relief, flexibility or to comfortably drift away for awhile, I like creating a safe and serene oasis for you to breathe, unwind and detach from the world. My goal is for you to have a greater sense of self embodiment and connectedness, fully allowing yourself to let go and experience caring for yourself through a harmonious and synergistic art form.
