At Vitality Wellness, we don’t treat mental health as an afterthought. We recognize it as the core of everything. In a world that rewards constant motion and productivity, I believe we have to pause and ask what happens when the mind carrying all of that weight is ignored.

I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to breaking the stigma that continues to exist in Black and Brown communities. For too long, these conversations have been silenced, minimized, or misunderstood. At Vitality Wellness, we create space to change that narrative with honesty, compassion, and care.

Mental health is vital. It is not optional or secondary. It shapes how we handle stress, build relationships, and see ourselves. Without it, we are not truly living, we are just getting by.

My work is centered on helping people move beyond survival. I support individuals in building emotional resilience, understanding their experiences, and creating sustainable wellness from within. Healing is not linear, and it should never feel out of reach.

Everyone deserves access to mental wellness, no matter their background or story. Vitality Wellness is more than a practice. It is a commitment to restoring balance, empowering growth, and making mental health a priority in every community.
