AKtivate Fitness was built on the belief that fitness should do more than change bodies. It should build confidence, discipline, and community. Founded by Adrien King, a former collegiate athlete and lifelong coach, AKtivate Fitness blends high-energy boxing, strength training, speed, and functional movement to help people of all backgrounds become stronger inside and outside the gym.

What truly sets AKtivate apart is the coaching. Every class is led with purpose, proper technique, and genuine care. Members aren’t just pushed to work hard. They’re coached, encouraged, and held accountable in an environment that feels like family. From first-time gym goers to competitive athletes, everyone is met where they are and challenged to grow.

AKtivate Fitness is also proud to be home to Rock Steady Boxing, a specialized non-contact boxing program designed to empower individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Through structured movement, coordination, and community support, this program reflects AKtivate’s mission to make fitness inclusive, impactful, and life-changing at every stage of life.

Deeply rooted in the local community, AKtivate Fitness consistently gives back through youth training, school partnerships, and events that promote health, confidence, and leadership. The gym is more than a place to work out. It’s a space where people are supported, empowered, and reminded that their fight matters.
