Dr. Jess is the proud owner of MissionFIT Rehab & Performance, LLC, which she founded after moving to North Carolina in July 2022. She is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified nutritionist, first responder for Apex High School, and health and wellness coach for Pavelka. With over a decade of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine—including leadership and clinic management roles—Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her practice.

Fitness and movement have always been at the heart of her mission. She offers personalized, one-on-one treatment sessions with a holistic, all-inclusive approach designed to help clients move, perform, and feel their best. Over the years, she has worked with runners, triathletes, dancers, gymnasts, youth athletes, and fitness professionals, while also enjoying the variety of treating clients across every stage of life.
